1. About Yallah Drives
Yallah Drives is being developed as a platform to help travellers discover car-rental providers in Morocco. Vehicle listings and booking tools are supplied through the platform and participating rental partners. The legal operator details and full marketplace terms must be completed before the platform begins taking confirmed commercial bookings.
2. Vehicle listings and prices
Vehicle descriptions, photos, rates, pickup locations, deposits, mileage limits, fuel rules, driver-age requirements and insurance options must be supplied and confirmed by the relevant rental partner. Availability and pricing may change until a booking is confirmed. We will not intentionally publish invented vehicles or unconfirmed rates.
3. Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting an enquiry or booking request is not by itself confirmation that a vehicle is reserved. A booking becomes confirmed only when the relevant rental partner or platform issues an explicit confirmation with the vehicle, dates, price, payment/deposit details and applicable rental conditions.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, modification, no-show, deposit and refund rules can vary by rental partner and by booking. The applicable conditions must be shown before you confirm a booking and repeated or linked in the booking confirmation. Please review those terms carefully and keep your confirmation. If the applicable terms are not displayed, contact Yallah Drives before proceeding.
5. Rental responsibilities
Before driving, the renter must review the rental partner’s contract and vehicle handover requirements, including driver eligibility, licence and identity checks, insurance/excess, deposits, mileage, fuel, damage reporting, return time and permitted travel areas. Any restriction or fee must be made clear by the provider before the booking is confirmed.
6. Payments and deposits
Any rental price, booking deposit or security deposit must be stated in the relevant listing or booking confirmation. Do not send money based solely on an unverified message or a listing that does not provide clear payment instructions. Any online payment option will be made available only after the payment provider and its applicable terms have been configured.
7. Questions or disputes
